Terms and Conditions for DataKustik Seminars

Thank you for your interest in our seminars.
Please pay attention to the following terms and conditions for seminars of DataKustik GmbH:


Organizer is DataKustik GmbH in Dornierstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany.

With your registration you accept our terms and conditions. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration will become effective after confirmation by DataKustik GmbH.

Registration Fees

The registration fees are due for payment with the receipt of the organizer’s invoice before the seminar. The registration fees apply for each attendee and seminar. The registration fees include documentation and certificate of attendance as well as food and refreshments during the seminar (coffee breaks, lunch). All other expenses e. g. for travel, accommodation, dinner etc. must be covered by the attendee.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations confirmed by DataKustik GmbH are binding. A cancellation must be made in writing. Up to 14 days prior to the scheduled seminar, the cancellation is free of charge. With a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled seminar, 50% of the seminar fee still apply. Thereafter or in case of non-appearance, 100% apply. The cancellation fee is omitted when a substitute person will attend. Cancellation by Organizer or Seminar Date Subject to Change. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any scheduled seminar for various reasons, e.g. illness of the trainer, if the number of enrolled attendees is too low or in any force majeure. In case of cancellation by the organizer, already paid registration fees will be credited. Any other claims are excluded.


The organizer is not liable for any loss or theft of attendee’s properties.


All documentation and used computer software are protected by copyright. Copy and/or transfer to a third party is only allowed upon prior agreement by the copyright holder.
