Plot-Designer for flexible Design of Printouts
With the Plot-Designer in CadnaA you can arrange any view, grid map and detail of your project on a page for printing. Display the plan view of your project besides several 3D-Special-views. When changing your project data the plot will automatically be updated. Even different variants can be arranged on a single plot.

There are 8 different cell types available in Plot-Designer:
- Plan cell: Contains the CadnaA-graphics
- 3D cell: Displays a 3D-Special view generated from an auxiliary polygon
- Text cell: Allows entering text or keywords
- Symbol cell: Can display CadnaA-symbols (e.g. the North-arrow)
- Bitmap cell: Displays images in bitmap format (requires option BMP)
- Legend cell: Displays the grid- (color-noise level-scale), object- or land use legend
- Macro cell: Offers the possibility to copy the contents of existing template files
- Placement cell: Serves as a placeholder without any content (to used for formatting reasons)
The properties of each type of cell (e.g. dimensions, borders, margins, style) can be specified individually. With these CadnaA features, arbitrary print-outs can be designed with as much as flexibility and user-friendliness as possible. At the same time, the further use of template files edited using former versions is ensured.
