Introduction and Data Import
The Noise Mapping chapter is divided into sections according to the Noise Mapping process. This first section provides an introduction and gives information about data import and refinement. Note that this is not a whole chapter about import - there is a separate chapter for this - but rather a specialized import use case to illustrate the Noise Mapping process.
It is recommended to work through the chapters 
Basics and Import and Export before starting with this section. As the DTM is fit to roads in this example, working through the chapter DTM is also helpful.
